Can At&T help me in getting rid of the Uverse 768kb availability so that i can get fixed wireless?
I really need help from the AT&T team here in getting the Uverse 768kb availability removed from our address so that i can get a fixed wireless site survey done.
We currently have a 1.5 mb DSl connection and switching to Uverse would cut our speed in half so we have never done it. Now that fixed wireless internet is available at our zipcode we decided a minimum of 10mbs is a way better option. After talking to the fixed wireless department they explained they can't even see our availability with their system unless our uverse availability was first removed. They sent in a request to a project manager and it's been over 2 weeks with no response. I called again and talked to the same person who then sent in a second request to have uverse removed from our address.
Am i just doomed to only a 1.5 mb/s or uverse 768kb/s connection speed? Even with fixed wireless available? Or can we please get some help in fixing this issue.
I believe this is an issue that could easily be resolved within your company.
