Can anyone tell me why I can't get Netflix.

I have moved and my Direct TV was reconnected promptly, however I can't get Netflix. Each time I attempt to watch Netflix I receive the same message. (You are not connected to the internet. Please check your connections and try again) Of course I am connected to the internet. Can anyone help me.

You said DirecTv was installed, not that your internet service was installed....

DirecTv satellite service does not offer or provide an internet connection, for that you need an ISP such as ATT Internet, Century Link, Frontier, local cable company, etc.
