Cable doesn't run to my house, how can I get a line to come down to me?

I ordered internet services 4 weeks ago and it showed I had 25mbps for my address. Last weekend the tech came out to get my internet up and running and came back with bad news that I can't even get internet services at my house. I'm the one of the last houses down my road and the cable doesn't come down that far. How can I go about requesting ATT to upgrading their services and extending their cables further down my road. I'm a Application Developer for a living and not being able to get internet sucks. Thanks in advance and hopefully I can get something soon. Also I want to add that I don't want to use the wireless internet option they offer since its throttled after 22GB and I stream a lot of TV/Movies with DirecTV NOW.
