Broadband service is not available (Message ID: NAD-3302)

Warning: Broadband service is not available (Message ID: NAD-3302)

The Motorola NVG589 device could not connect to your Broadband service.

This can occur due to emergency network maintenance or other unforeseen temporary service disruptions. The Service|Internet LED light on the front of the system will automatically turn green once the problem has been resolved, typically within a short period.

If this condition persists for more than 15 minutes, please contact the AT&T Help Desk at 1-800-288-2020.

I’m having the same issue, I’ve tried resetting the modem and it still pops up. The service was down due to lack of payment, but they made a payment and now the broadband 1&2 flash red and still nothing.

I’m having the same issue but NAD 2302 not 3302. I have tried the reset button several times. Not being able to access broadband with Pace. I called my local AT& T store in St. Augustine FL and the rep said he had three other calls with the same issue. I think it’s an AT&T problem. He told me to try and reset my router last night or today. Can you please confirm it’s an AT&T issue?

I am having the same issue but noted NAD 2302’ not 3302. Pace. I called the local Saint Augustine store and the rep said 3 other people had called having issues connecting to broadband. The rep told me to try resetting the router again last night or today. I think this is an AT&T issue. Resetting isn’t working. I unplugged the green cord also and reconnected it. Can you please confirm if this is an AT&T issue? If it is, what is the estimated fix time. Does this have anything to do with 5G installations?
