Billing Dispute

I was charged a $99 fee for internet service installation. The technician did not come because of Covid-19 restrictions. I resolved the issue myself and can't get that charge removed from my bill. They don't seem to let you dispute charges. Has anyone else had a similar problem? How do I get this ridiculous charge off of my bill!?!?
