I live just outside of Liberty Mo and my neighbor has ATT internet. I can see the box but when I try to order it you all tell me that it is not available at my address. I have gone as far to give them my neighbors address, I was told I had to go the county to get verify my address. I even tracked down the repair man working on the box and he said he did not see a reason that I could not get the service and referred me to a guy and he said not available. Because of COVID my office is closed for the rest of the year I can not keep up with my job because I have Hughes Net. I was told I need to figure out a way to be able to get internet. that is fast enough . I tried a hot spot but our cell service is very spotty and is worse than Hughes. I need to get connected ASAP or I will lose my job. Your customer service is nothing more than puppets. WHO is the REAL person I need to talk to. THIS IS CRAZY THAT I CAN SEE THE BOX RIGHT THERE AND YOU ALL DONT RECONIZE MY ADDRESS .. HELP ME PLEASE.
