Availability

I live  just outside of Liberty Mo and my neighbor has ATT internet. I can see the box but  when I try to order it you all tell me that it is not available at my address. I have gone as far to give them my neighbors address,  I was told I had to go  the county to get verify my address. I even tracked down the repair man working on the box and he said he did not see a reason that I could not get the service and referred me to a guy and he said not available. Because of COVID my office is closed for the rest of the year I can not keep up with my job because I have Hughes Net. I was told I need to figure out  a way to be able to get internet. that is fast enough . I tried a hot spot but our cell service is very spotty and is worse than Hughes. I need to get connected ASAP or I will lose my job.  Your customer service is nothing more than puppets. WHO is the REAL person I need to talk to. THIS IS CRAZY THAT I CAN SEE THE BOX RIGHT THERE AND YOU ALL DONT RECONIZE MY ADDRESS .. HELP ME PLEASE.

Is the neighbor adjacent to you?... not down the street or around a corner? If so, try submitting an address validation request at 800.288.2020. Be prepared to give the address of the neighbor that has fiber. You'll get a service ticket to confirm the request. Usually takes 1 - 2 weeks to resolve these. Alternately, you can use this link. Be advised that even though a service terminal may be right next to your home, that's no guarantee that it has available ports to provide service to you.

It’s possible your neighbors have legacy dsl which is no longer offered to new customers

@zishmar, we understand having high speed internet is important, especially right now.

We are always working on improving and updating our coverage area. Although we would love to offer internet for every household, there are items that may slow that progress. @davemize is correct this article is helpful in identifying items in your area.

You mentioned registering with the county. Is this a recently built home? Sometimes counties have specific regulations for registering an address, but we use the US Post office. After you are registered with the Post office and are receiving mail, you can recheck availability here.

If your address is still reflecting no services available, you can submit a request to research and validate the address. Once submitted you should receive a response within a 5 to 7 business days. Keep in mind, they may need to send someone out to look at the property.

Let us know if you need further assistance.
