AT&T Netgear AirCard 770S and the AT&T Netgear M1 Nighthawk Hotspots
I chatted with a woman From AT&T to get setup to go to the AT&T Store near me. I told her I was using the 770S now with AT&T Network to use data. I told her I would like to change back to AT&T as my ISP. She set me up to get a new Netgear M1 Nighthawk and I was going to get the 100 GB. plan with AT&T. And I was also going to buy a signal booster to help the signal pickup better. Well I went to order everything and as soon as she heard my address she told me she was sorry but AT&T could not give me service and I could not get a account with AT&T, Because AT&T has no service or signal in the area of my address. That is a out right lie my 770S gets 3 bars by itself and I'm using AT&T right now writing this online. She went to saying look you do not have fiber around you and you have to have fiber to get a signal to the HOTSPOT so Hotspots use fiber and not cell towers that means talking about Bands like B12 and B17 do nothing and the 700MHz was used to get peoples money. over the air comes from little lights running underground in fiber. WOW,,,OK,,, So a Signal Booster with 700 MHz with AT&T Bans B12 and B17 can not be used to get a better signal and help with data speed and internet. If this is true all networks have been selling us junk that does nothing we need fiber run. So we just went down the road to Cricket got things setup and as soon as my new NON-AT&T From Netgear M1 Nighthawk Hotspot order comes in I am going to set it up with another Network carrier and stop all service that uses AT&T network. I hope when they put everything up in Space no one will ever need AT&T service again and have to close their doors. You have to have fiber to get a cell signal how dumb can you be. And AT&T is letting this person work for them, no telling how many people AT&T have lost just because of this woman, just 1 just like her was in 1/3 of the stores look at the money AT&T has lost. Good keep running people off your rule is coming to a end. Mr. Bell would have fired all of you. But anyway does a signal booster help hotspot data signal get better.

Also, please be advised that AT&T Wireless Internet (AWI) uses a device to connect to the AT&T wireless network to provide both phone and Internet service for the home. Customers can use their existing home phones, and wirelessly connect up to 40 devices (desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones) to the Internet via Wi-Fi, and one device via Ethernet.
Additionally, while a signal booster may help improve your signal strength, AT&T phased out its MicroCell devices, so boosters are now only available via 3rd party.

I made a comment and don't know what happened to it. I'm not going to retype it. I use Boom Mobile AT&T Blue Plan that is on the AT&T network, and I use Straight Talk Cell Phone which is also using the AT&T network. I hope you can tell me something because after 09-26-2020 I will have no internet service. Thanks James

We appreciate you for letting us know what type of plan you have along with the service. Unfortunately, you'll need to be an AT&T customer and also have DIRECTV for service.

Have you not been reading I want AT&T service but you just can't get it in your heads that AT&T says I can't get any of their service but TV. I have never seen people like this in my life you tell them till your Blue in the face and you still can't get.I have been trying to get AT&T service but have been told I can't get AT&T in my area,BUT I can USE AT&T NETWORK using another COMPANY. AT&T has to let you BE A AT&T customer and also have DIRECTV for service. NO just forget it I'll get Verizon I'll change from straight talk with att and change from boom mobile with att to make sure att get not one penny of my money. I'm sick of telling att over and over do you even know what your talking about. AT&T HAS TO LET ME GET THE SERVICE BEFORE I CAN BE AN AT&T customer.
