ATT McAfee Security Suite

When trying to load the ATT McAfee Security Suite I receive the following message '0xC1900101-0x30018  A system error occurred please try again'. Friends have also experienced the same problem. Please provide detailed instructions how to download this important service. We have tried multiple paths but with no success. Trying to get this information using your telephone support is somewhere between a bad joke and an outright insult. Your automated system does not either comprehend the appropriate audio commands or when a human is reached, you are provided a technical support number which further requires a pin which is deemed erroneous and you are disconnected. I am NOT an ATT employee and this is not my opinion but my actual experience. Thanks in advance for your assistance.
