Having an AT&T phone line has nothing to do with having access to internet service. Does anyone in your immediate neighborhood have AT&T Internet? If the service isn't offered in your area, you'll have to look for other available offerings.

We appreciate your interest in AT&T Internet, Chandler414.
Several factors come into play when it comes to Internet availability, with distance being the biggest one. If you're too far away from the equipment, Internet may not be available. This would explain why your neighbor may have service, but you don't (if that's the case for you).
We see that you marked our Ace's suggestion that you check for service availability as an accepted solution.
If you’d like to check if service is available to you now or to sign up for a notification if it does become available in the future, please visit att.com/NotifyMe. We will send you a notification via your preferred method as soon as AT&T Fiber becomes available to you..
We hope this information helps. If you have any other questions, just let us know.
