Att fiber internet connection
I signed up for fiber 2 months ago. First they said it would take 5 days to confirm fiber was available. It took 2 weeks. Then they came out and installed fiber from the pole to inside my home. Since then I have had 4 appointments. They have all been a waste of my time. So that is 5 appointments in 2 months and still no service. I have been told it’s a node problem, it’s an engineering problem, its a problem in your neighborhood ( my neighbor directly across the street has ATT fiber), We are working on the problem. I have even received a text stating great news we fixed the problem. I still have do not have internet. I think ATT needs to turn the page on excuses and just fix the problem and quit wasting my time.
