AT&T fiber flags in yard

Flags were put in 4 months ago!  Who do I call to see when work will be done?

When it comes to finding out when fiber will be available, we do not know, unfortunately. Dates can change which means telling you what is coming is near impossible. You can always sign up to be notified when service is finally available for you. If someone close to you have service already, you can fill out our address research form to have someone contact you in regard to service availability.  We thank you for your understanding.

Thank you but you didn't answer my question.  If AT&T doesn't know when fiber will be installed then why was my yard marked and flagged many months ago?  Every time I mow my grass I have to remove these flags.  Please provide a phone number where I can talk to a real person about this.

The flags don't mark where something is going to be they mark where something is, like a buried cable. If you pull them up to mow if you don't put them back in the exact same place you've lost the integrity of the locate anyway. Any number you call at AT&T isn't going to know when things will be done, nor will they know why the locate was done. Pull them up and let them come out and do another located.
