AT&T Damage to my Yard and now flooding

Hello,

AT&T dug 3 larges holes in my yard to patch a bad cable.  It's the cable that feeds the neighbor and not the drop to my house.  The holes are still unfilled and I can't seem to connect with the appropriate person at AT&T to initiate the repair process.  It seems the storm sewer between the houses got damaged or plugged by the work as my yard is now flooding.

I can't get any response from AT&T after 9 calls.  Nobody in charge or seems to care.  It's been a week.

AT&T claims are handled through Sedgwick, their claims administrator.

If you need to file a new claim, have the following information available:

  • Location – The physical address or GPS coordinates for the location where damage occurred.
  • Photos – Include close-ups and wide views of the area damaged. If possible, include photos of the person, vehicle, or equipment that caused the damage. Photos can be from cameras, cell phones, or other devices.

Ah, tried that at the get go.  Still no action.  Any other suggestions?  I am surprised that AT&T doesn't have an escalation process.  Particularly when there is property damaged involved with the potential for more.
