30 DAYS to install AT&T U verse Internet
I have a question, is this the normal time required for installing an internet service from AT&T?
Also, is it also normal for a company this big to waste customers time by setting appointments but then the technician doesn't show up, no phone calls, no notification? what about phone calls from AT&T to confirm my appointment and then on the installation day, no one bothered to tell me that they can't come because they OVERBOOKED? how about all the "facilities issues" and can't install? Isn't AT&T supposed to be a high tech company? another question, if I need service installation, does my NEIGHBORS also have to be at home so the technician can access their yard when they can also access the pole from my yard? Please kindly explain. Also, did AT&T missed their sales/sign up goals? because I'm not the only one that's ready to cancel service.
