2018 Port is Full in our Neighborhood

I have been trying for over two years.(Like many others) to find more information or someone to help!!  We live in a well established neighborhood where I’m told the ports are full even though we have had a couple of home sales & supposedly I am on the waiting list.  I don’t understand how you can provide Everyone in our neighborhood with service Except me. I have tried calling and messaging for the past two years. I am very frustrated and wonder if I need to check the franchise agreement/contract with the city/county. It seems unfair for two companies to have the area and yet neither will offer service to my home. I have repeatedly called and as others have been told.. I too am told I will receive a return call. It’s been over two years and I’m almost desperate enough to check with an attorney to see if this is, in someway breaking the contract AT & T holds with our city/county.

Please reply.. please help! I’d love to give you my $$ every month! Lol

Hello @Dixie89,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community Forums!  When trying to establish internet service at a location, there may be many implications as to why you are unable to get service.  It could be routing issues, county or city regulations, or not enough slots.

The best option would be to visit our AT&T Notify Me and fill out the form.  We will either contact you via text message or phone call if you opt in for that to notify you that service is available.

I hope the information I provided was helpful.  Have a wonderful weekend.
