Just recently, I am unable to stay connected for two weeks even though the block is checked to do so.

I have the same problem on two computers and wondered if the problem has anything to do with my other post about removing [email scrubbed]

I have cleared cookies - no help.

HI @jimmarx, we understand the inconvenience of not using the 'Keep Me Signed in' feature.

At this moment, the feature to remain logged in is not working. We are aware and are working to resolve this as quickly as possible.

If you are using a mail client (Outlook, Apple Mail, Mozilla Thunderbird) you will be able to continue to be signed into your web mail.
