Xbox one connection issues.

What is the best way to solve this issue with my connection?

on my Xbox one it always says UPnP not available and I always lose connection while playing games and get switched to moderate NAT. But if I refresh my NAT it goes to open and dosent has the problem, then maybe in about 5-10 minuets later I lose connection and it says UPnP not available and my NAT goes back to moderate and it gets really hard to play games.

maybe you could help me out. my nat type is open but I constantly on a daily basis have the same exact issue stated in the main question of this post by the original person who made it. I get packet loss quite often which is causing some issues when it comes to gaming. been dealing with this for over a year and have called and chatted numerous times with at&t but only ever get same response. please help
