Xbox Latency

I am experiencing latency issues with my Xbox one while using a wired connection as well as being the only device on the network. My latency sits at 70-77 and I would like it to be at least 30 for gaming. I have tried running a channel scan and reassigned channels however, I am still experiencing the issue. How can I bring down the latency.

was able to get ours back down to the 40-50 range by changing DNS manually On Xbox, unplugging the Xbox from everything for about 3 minutes and manually changing the port.

There are lots of YouTube videos with DNS combos to try. I basically input each one then retested until I found the one the worked the best for our system

Our download and upload speeds were fine only the latency is an issue.

I don't know about "latency," technical mumbo-jumbo. In fact I'm not really tech smart, but what about download and upload speed? Also, I'm using "another" internet provider.😳
