Hi,
The error is stating that you need the network name and passphrase to be identical on both 2.4/5.0 network to have WPS enabled on both network.. You would have to disble one or the other if the network name and passphrase are not identical.

How do we disable either the 2.4 or 5 network in order to make the change? I assume we re-enable it, and then change it so that they are consistent?

Ok I got you don't worry! just figured this out myself so when you are in yoiur Wi-Fi settings you you'll see something on the left hand side. it says Wifi operation and 2 different options pop up (Off, On) in order to work on the setting you have to turn it off to work on the other and what you put on one radio has to be identical to the other. basically going back and forth with turning the radio on and off. hoped I answered you're question better then ATT support

so what you are saying that you have to have both 2.4 and 5 with the same name and pass....if it is that then it is a crap shoot to which the device will connect to...you should be able to pick different names for each band of wifi
