Working for months, then all HTTP requests redirected to http://attlocal.net/xslt?PAGE=HURL00

Yes, really, nothing has changed on my end.  The problem is now constant across multiple devices/browsers/systems (multiple phones, desktops, laptops, operating systems etc).

The gateway is configured as a dumb bridge with all firewalling etc turned off.  I've not rejiggered/reset my account with AT&T or have any reason to think that a CSR has reset my account (have you?).  Excessive session detection, packet flood etc are all unchecked.  Non-HTTP protocols seem to be working fine(? I've not yet done a particularly thorough check).

Ideas?  What to do?

Hi @jclawrence,

Reset the modem and test directly to it. If the issue happens while you are connected to the modem, it could point to another issue.

In a fit of "wiggle all the things" I unchecked every item on the advanced firewall page under Outbound Protocol Control.  Previously they had been all checked other than NetBIOS.

Everything now appears to be working.  This doesn't make sense..at all...but such it is.

I had the same redirect problem. I started with what jclawrence   did, i.e., I unchecked all the Outbound Protocol Control boxes and saved the settings. I then checked all of them (except for NetBIOS) and saved the settings again. So theoretically I was now back where I started. BUT things now work!

I didn't even have to change anything... just clicking "Save" on the "Advanced Configuration" tab seemed to re-set whatever rule was there.

The step-by-step for others who might find this question:
