Hi @Bellablue,

We did some research for you. the Windows 10 Mail app does not support pop per Microsoft's site.

@ATTU-verseCare   Why is Win 10 Live mail asking for the POP3 server address for Yahoo email? Smiley Surprised

Bellsouth.net is a IMAP protocol type not POP3

@Bellablue   Win 10 Live Mail also had the Imap choice too. Smiley Surprised

Edit:  Correct Pop3 and Imap settings:

Not true. I cannot find that anywhere. Windows 10 Mail app does support pop per https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Set-up-email-in-Mail-for-Windows-10-7ff79e8b-439b-4b47-8ff9-3f9a33166c60. Both PoP and IMAP are options. Neither works.

This will fix your bellsouth.net sync issues:

Go to add account

Advanced Settings

Then input the information below

The servers for all legacy BellSouth customers are:
Incoming (POP): pop.att.yahoo.com
Outgoing (SMTP): smtp.att.yahoo.com (requires authentication)
Incoming mail server type: POP3
Incoming/Outgoing User Name: Full AT&T email address, including domain (e.g. yourname@bellsouth.net)
Secure connection (SSL) checked
Secure connection (SSL) checked

The mail app is really not getting synced and the thing is that I am also not being able to access the email app on my Windows platform device. I think that it is happening because in my Windows device the issue of Microsoft compatibility telemetry is happening.
