WiFi on both of our Chromebooks keeps going out

Both of our Chrome books keeps dropping our ATT WiFi signal, but my Mac and iPhone has a strong, stable connection. Have you heard of this happening? Do you have any idea why??

att router keeps dropping my chromebook too........only fix was to attach another old router to att ethernet port and put my old router in bridge mode

chromebook wifi  turn off automatically connect to att wifi and flip on connect automatically to old router wifi.
