Wifi consistency

Hulu drops several times per hour. Netflix buffers. 
When calling support they perform automatic test and states no problem found, so I will not be connected to a person. I have reset the router several times.

Do you get buffering on all devices?

Do you get buffering with an Ethernet connection as well?

How many devices are connected when you experience buffering?

Have you made sure that your Internet speed is fully optimized?
