WIFI Connection but no internet

My ATT app says my connection is great and everything is online. BUT, i have no internet with any device in the house, phone, computers nothing. It started in recent days having to reset it and it’ll work for a while and then again the same problem. What gives? How do I fix this? Change to xFinity?

We've put together some Wi-Fi troubleshooting tips to help with intermittent connections, @Highpoint7. Here is a quick tip, try restarting your gateway.

  1. Unplug your gateway for 15 seconds.
  2. Remove and reinsert the battery, if you have an internal battery backup.
  3. Plug the gateway back in and wait for the lights to stop flashing.
  4. Check your connection to see if the problem is fixed.
