What's wrong with my Outlook 2010 settings? They suddenly stopped working this week.

My Godaddy email accounts no longer work on ports 110, 80.  Please tell me what has changed.  My current settings (that used to work until a few days ago) are: 

 

Incoming:  pop.secureserver.net

Outgoing:  smtpout.secureserver.net

 

PORTS:

Incoming: 110

Outgoing: 80

 

Help!

This is Uverse , not godaddy, all ATT/Yahoo email.  Ports 995/465, SSL required. Smiley Surprised

Perhaps I wasn't clear. I receive email for my small business as well as my at&t email using Outlook. I already have the settings for my at&t
