what are badges and who looks at any of this stuff?

I'm trying to get a problem solved with ATT service..do not need a social media hangout ...who cares about a badge or 5,000 of them? Thi seems silly to me....how do you get any tech help...? not just someone giving me 'atta boys?"

If you care to share your issue(s), you may or may not get some advice that can help.

When you're in your 60s & people ask you to do something, you just say "No".  No reason.  No excuse.  No explanation.  I can't wait for my 70s.  I don't think I'll even answer.   -  Jerry Seinfeld

thanks..I am close to 80 and have little time for vendors like ATT who can take orders and my money but can't answer customer issues....very sad...I guess I was hoping that someone with ATT might look at these posts and try to help....

have no idea how to correct this situation

have ATT for internet....when trying to log onto HULU or ROKU or TCM....they want to know my internet service provider (ATT) but when we get to the log in side of that ...ATT says I am not an authorized user...now ATT has been taking my payments for over 20 years..but now I am not authorized...cannot get connected to service....no response only automated...BUT can get connected to SALES...they are always open....but sadly can't help....I also have 2 log in name ...one i use and one ATT assigned to me...and something called a SBCIPTV number but nothing help...even if I go online and try to get help....keeps knocking me off...have spent WAY too much time on this with ZERO results....they can sell it...but they can't service it...sad....looking for other solutions...
