Weird ping spikes and packet loss

This week my internet has been very bad and I don’t know what to do

  • What internet plan do you have? Is it Fixed Wireless Internet?

  • What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? We'd recommend running through our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool to see if it can detect any trouble on your network.

  • We also have an article on Optimizing Internet Speeds for some things to look out for in terms of keeping your speeds, and also your ping, in check.
