VPN Suddently Stopped working

The VPN suddenly stopped working on my home network. The same devices can connect on other networks and were working on this network yesterday. I have spoken to my company's IT department and they believe the issue to be with my ISP. I've turned off Firewall, reset to factory settings and restarted with no luck getting this fixed.

Thank you for reaching out in our forums, @Rockelmarquis

With many customers working from home during this time, having reliable access to your company’s VPN is essential.  Are you able to or have you tried connecting to the VPN from any other internet connection?

It does sound like you have tried our typical steps for troubleshooting by Restoring the Router and turning off the firewall. So we may need to look into opening some ports.

We do have some great resources to help get you back online.  Our Port Forwarding article can provide specific steps based on your router model.  There are also some great steps available on a previous post if you would like to look through that.

Please let us know if opening ports resolved the issue.

Every other internet (and cell service) work fine.  The tech came out on Saturday and reduced my plan to a lower one because I’m so far from the main line but that didn’t work. I’m actually in line at Spectrum to set up new service now and will be dropping AT&T.
