Visa rewards card

I've waited 2 months. I called, they sent me to att.com/rewardscenter, that is not a real website. I called back to speak to somebody and she said she couldn't pull up account and she'd have to transfer me to customer care. After being transferred I found out she transferred me to DirecTV activations, not customer care. Feeling fed up! What do I do?

Same. Spent half hour on hold after representative was not able to figure out how to help me. Then I was hung up on. This visa card thing is a scam

People its not a scam, you get an email directing you to the rewards center to claim your card, i believe its not available until 2 months of service has been completed, Ive replied to many of these posts only to find out that some email programs predetermine anything with certain words as spam (rewards is one of them) spam folders automatically delete spam after 30 days in most cases so you never see it. the correct address for the rewards center is
