U-Verse internet Upgrade
i want to upgrade my uverse internet basic plan, it is very slow, monthly bill is $30/ month and its current speed is .45 mbps.. when i called the technical support service, they said that my Uverse basic internet is not upgradable and this plan is the only available plan here. i don't get their point, all i just need is to upgrade the mbps speed.. it's not even reaching 1 mbps! i hope somebody can help me out here.

Just keep in mind that the link Mr. AT&T Employee sent you regarding wireless access is quite a bit more expensive. You're currently getting UVerse at $30/month with a 250GB limit. The wireless access is $375/month for 50GB limit!
Funny how AT&T never mentions that when they try to push their wireless access.
