uverse internet speed
during the pandemic I've been doing webinars for a near by collage. my internet has been slow and unreliable (got dropped a couple of times using Microsoft Teams). I also couldn't get a wireless google search consistently for over a week (paying for 100 speed). Finally when I got time to make the customer service call (several hour ordeal), my speed magically shot up to the 80's (wired test), where it currently still is. The question is: Why should I need to call customer service (whole other bad experience), to get even close to what I been paying for?
