U-Verse Installation User Access
I'm switching over to U-Verse internet soon and wanted to know what's involved in the installation process. My desktop PC (Windows 7) is used for business, so I'll want to keep work-related and financial information secure. I also have a couple of laptops for everyday use. Can U-Verse internet be installed under a standard user account or will the technician require administrative access to my computers for installation?

The tech will ask you, and assist you if needed, to register your account using one of your computers. One step will be to set up your email address. That will be about all he will need you to do. I'm sure the tech will also help you set up wireless access should you want help with that. Other than that, that's about it.
