Uverse App says I'm Away from Home

I have the latest iOS and updated the Uverse app. I've also installed and reinstalled, rebooted, reset to factory settings, disconnected and reconnected, and tried all the tips on the internet to get my Uverse app to recoognize that I am at home. 

 

However, it still says I am away from home while on all of my iOS devices. 

 

Help! Please!
