upstream latency much higher than downstream latency

any way to resolve this i think its a network problem and it affects gaming significantly

Thank you for the second picture with better resolution.

You don't actually have upstream and downstream latency.  Latency is a round trip time.  You have latency measured while conducting downstream test and latency measured while conducting upstream tests.

Latency is higher on the upstream speedtests because the speed test is filling the pipe upstream, and the router struggles when the upstream pipe is full.

Your bandwidth numbers seem a bit strange: 50/12?

ahh thankyou for clearing that up i thought it was the server pinging me from the downstream and me pinging the server for the upstream and thats where i got confused and yea i think its 50/10 im just waiting for fiber my attenuation is low <1.5km from the dslam so my neighborhood is a likely candidate for ftth i think from what i read on how they deploy
