the Broadband red light blinking, and no service light
3 weeks ago, the technician came to my house and installed AT&T u-verse with modem connection.
But, at that time, the modem was not working, with the broadband blinking red light and no service light.
The technician who wired the modem said that there was outage on my area.
However, I don't think my area is on 'outage' even for 3 weeks!
I am living in a condo in midtown Atlanta where many people are using ATT u-verse internet.
I have not been using 'any' Internet for 3 weeks! It doesn't make sense.
I'm really frustrated.. please help me.
