the Broadband red light blinking, and no service light

3 weeks ago, the technician came to my house and installed AT&T u-verse with modem connection. 

 

But, at that time, the modem was not working, with the broadband blinking red light and no service light. 

 

The technician who wired the modem said that there was outage on my area. 

 

However, I don't think my area is on 'outage' even for 3 weeks!

 

I am living in a condo in midtown Atlanta where many people are using ATT u-verse internet. 

 

I have not been using 'any' Internet for 3 weeks! It doesn't make sense. 

 

I'm really frustrated.. please help me.

What gateway are you using?

 

Are all connections on the back fully connected? Is there a cable running into the green port on the back of the gateway?

 

I find it odd that they would say there's an outage and have it going on for 3 weeks.

Send them a private message, on this link, and they should be able to give the help needed to solve your Uverse service outage problems. They are available M-F 8am-11pm Eastern time, response may take up to 2 business days.

This is not the regular CS/TS people, but the social media Community Specialists that know the people to contact to get things done. I personally know as they've helped me on a DVR swap.
