I have Fixed Wireless Internet through AT&T and it's been down all weekend. We can't afford to let it continue to stay that way as we have two people currently working from home here, but I haven't been able to get in contact with anyone from AT&T via phone/chat/twitter to help.

On our router, every light is green except the Service light which is solid red. The AT&T app for troubleshooting says the antenna is offline, but I don't know what that's supposed to mean, it's still there on the roof.

I've been reading around for other similar posts about this elsewhere and people are saying this is called 'Sync No Service'.

Please let me know if there's anything else I can do on my end to resolve this. Thank you.

We'd like to help you get your Fixed Wireless Internet service running again. What is the exact error code you are receiving? Have you reset the gateway?
