We have unplugged and reset and still solid light

Solid red broadband light indicates no connection. Confirm that the gateway is still connected to the wall data jack. You can also try the online Troubleshoot & Resolve tool on your cell phone at ufix.att.com, which will attempt to diagnose any issues and even dispatch a tech, if needed. If this doesn't work, you'll have to contact 800.288.2020 and be prepared for wait times averaging two hours.
