Smart Home Manger Profiles

I have set up a profile in my Smart Home Manager for my 15 year old restricting internet with downtime from 930pm-7am Sunday-Thursday. I have it set to block all the items he would typically use like his laptop, desktop, cell phone, chromecast, ect. However, when it goes into effect, it blocks the whole house. I can't access the internet from my cell phone or laptop. I have double and triple checked to make sure my items are not listed on his profile but I cannot figure out how to keep it from blocking me. Once it goes into effect I can't even log into my Smart Home Manager app. It gives me an error code 200. Any help you can offer would be appreciated.

We're happy to help you unblock your devices in the Smart Home Manager, @raeupton.


Try deleting the profiles and adding them back and make sure that there are no other downtime schedules set up.


If you're setting them up from a mobile device, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app as well to refresh everything.
