Smart home manager
Deleted reinstall delete reinstall 8 times rebooted phone each time still while using the WiFi my smart home manager seams to get blocked at the gateway. Says it’s offline
Unplugged replied check connection
Everything is working except the AT&T smart home manager App. Says my gateway not connected

Hi there, @JerrodGardner. We understand that your Smart Manager app is not reflecting that the router is online. We can help with that.
We see what you have already done the uninstall and reinstall several times. Thank you for trying that, but it is not working. Let's expand on that. Let's try a few simple troubleshooting steps:
For Android:
Force Quit the app:
Clear the app cache:
For Apple devices, then you do want to try the same things, but the steps are just a bit different. Here is a great IOS App troubleshooting article that will help.
Try these things and let us know if they work for you.

Ok I have an i phone so i followed the link for troubleshooting and have done everything it asked general / AT@&T / and deleted the app / rebooted my phone and still no gateway

Thanks for trying the recommended troubleshooting, JerrodGardner.
So that we can determine if this is being caused by your service or if there's just a problem with the app, let us know if your gateway is being detected on the web version of the Smart Home Manager.
Also, if you have a mobile device other than your iPhone that you can test the app on, please give it a try and let us know the results.

Quick question.....do you have AT&T Fixed Wireless service? I ask because we're seeing a number of people with FW having this issue and no fix at this point.

I have cell wireless 5G since the tower is almost 3/4 mile from my home. Antenna on roof. I live in the country of South Georgia where the deers, bears are plentiful
For AT&T help
no through the web portal it’s showing all off-line. But I can assure you it’s working fine. The smart home manager like the web portal isn’t seeing

Toads I have went through the follow this link on the app for help went through the automated thing where it has you to plug and replug delete and reinstall an twice in the last two weeks did the live chat stuff help. No one seems to get it right

Are you using a hotspot router, JerrodGardner?
If so, that would explain why the Smart Home Manager isn't detecting your equipment.
