Slow speed
I had someone log into my wifi, without me knowing who it was or how they got the password, somehow. Only found out when a neighbor asked if he could borrow my wifi also. So due to that I changed my password. But now ever since then I have been having trouble with speed more than I did before. How do I fix this since I have kids that would miss seeing their favorite Youtuber.

Hi @Ladymoonfox624,
I apologize about the issues you are having with your internet connection. I am glad you were able to get the unwanted device off your network. Hopefully, a quick reboot of the gateway by unplugging the power, waiting a 10 seconds, and plugging it back fixes the issue. If not, here is a great post that goes over other things to try. Let me know how it goes.
