SLOW DSL, they want you out of DSL

same here, about one mile from hub and is sucking by the day...one tech told me that AT&T wants to finish with DSL, I am paying $130 a month for the extreme and getting just 3 Mbp/s download at best and 0.20 upload, sometimes at dial up speed.....had many techs coming here and say that nothing is wrong, the service just plain sux, guess AT&T wants people to drop DSL...problem is, I don't have other choice here, dead end road...no cable and probably never will have fiber either
