Ridiculous internet

I have been an att customer for a quite awhile, when I lived by myself for the past 5 years or so I’ve always had att. it started out that it would drop or completely go out out of nowhere, so in that case most of the time I would call and they would send something to my router and it would work just fine for a while but the longer time went on it would happen more and more and the internet would get slower and slower until I just recently moved. Where I live now my friend has internet already so I just decided to cancel mine and I’m thinking they should cancel theirs too, this internet is rediculous. Forget internet at night period, no more than 3 devices on the WiFi at once or it will completely shut down and freeze up and sometimes resetting the box work and we have to do that at least once a day minimum. They’ve had this same internet for a good while and att technicians have come out and replaced, reworked, and rewired and nothing had worked. This is not cheap at all expecially considering that they’ve only gotten a fraction of what there paying for for quite a while. It’s unbelievable to me that I was unhappy most of the time I had att and I thought my internet was bad, nope this is way way worse and it blows my mind, and the crazy thing is is that from what I see att doesn’t even care to help. The past few months I have told any and everyone that has asked me about moving that everything is great except for the WiFi and to not go through att if they are thinking about switching. This is unbelievable to say the least and something needs to be done about it but unfortunately it most likely won’t for whatever reason so I’ll just leave this here Incase someone is going through the same internet problems. Cancel and go with another internet provider, trust me we’re about to. You should get what you are paying for not a fraction of it.
