I received a reward card on September 2019 which has a march 2020 expiration date. I tried to use on mid of the month of march 2020 and it says expired. I called them on April 2020 and they claimed my card got expired on 2nd of March, 2020 and cannot renew or reload my card. Joseph, the customer care supervisor made two comments which are totally wrong, one of them is the exact date is written on the card and secondly he mentioned I cannot renew after expiration where as the customer care specialist before he took over the call claimed I have 35 days to renew. I made the call on 11: 27 am CST, 04/27/2020. AT&T cannot just move away hurting their customer without a solution. This is how a rich company treats their customer.
