Reward card will not work
I have a valid att reward card with 20.74 left. It will expire in september. The last two times I have tried to use it, it has been denied. Why?

I understand your issues, let's get it addressed. If you received your rewards card from the rewards center, please contact us at 800-288-9983 so they can assist with your card payment.
