Requesting two new PTR records for our mail servers
Hi,
We’d like to request couple PTR records mapped to our static IP addresses for our mail servers.
Do you know how to submit this request?
Thank you,

We're here to help point you in the right direction @willylam.
We understand that your needing help with PTR records for your mail server. That request would be done through your Domain provider. You would need to login to the domain providers control panel to add records.
1. Who is your Domain Provider?
Please let us know so we can get you pointed in the right direction.

Thanks Charles for your response!
My domain provider is AWS. However, I don't think they handle PTR records.
I’ve been calling AT&T, which is my internet provider, tech support a number of times, jumping through hoops and finally got the answer for my question....The support tech provided me the AT&T DSL/U-verse DNS Request Form www.att.net/dns.
