Prioritizing Devices

Is there fees for prioritizing devices? Would I have to pay extra on my bill if I prioritize a device on the management app?

To see if you are able to prioritize you will need to access the gateway user interface for your gateway using If you do not see an option to do so, you will need to find a third party alternative.
