Happy to help you keep the ports open when you're connected via Ethernet, atyroll.
A good place to begin is by restarting your gateway. We also suggest that you make sure you have IP Passthrough configured properly, by using our online guide.
If you still need assistance, please give us more details about your setup and any troubleshooting options you've tried.
We'll be awaiting your response.

Thanks for responding, atyroll.
Try setting up Port Forwarding, if this is in regard to server hosting. Use our guide to follow the steps for the BGW210.
If you still need help, be sure to include more details about your setup and what you're trying to accomplish (if you're referring to the Ethernet connections or the internal server ports, if you're hosting a server, etc.), so we can point you in the right direction.
