Ports being blocked by AT&T - HELP!

Hi, I have a 5168NV modem/router, I was able to port forward, for a few gaming applications. No problem. One day I tried hosting and nobody could join. I checked my ports in my modem/router, nothing had changed the applications were still being hosted. To make sure it wasn't a windows update, I went into the windows firewall and allowed the ports thru on both TCP, and UDP, as well as turning off the firewall all together at one point. Still nothing. At this point, I checked  ports on some online websites, they reported they were all blocked. I then set my machine I am trying to host these applications with, to DMZ mode, didn't help at all. At this point I borrowed an ASUS-RT-AC1200 from a friend. Set my AT&T 5168NV to detect router behind router conditions, and it auto set it to DMZ mode. I then went onto my Asus router and enabled Upnp, Still, nobody can join. I then port forwarded all the specific ports needed for some of the gaming applications from my Asus router. Nobody can join, websites still report ports as being closed. I have tried disabling both Asus router and windows firewalls, still nothing. I went into windows CMD and punched in "Netstat -a" The ports weren't listed. Why is AT&T blocking my ports? I've herd you need to pay for a static WAN IP. But that's not true. I wasn't paying for a static IP when the ports were open, and working. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

Edit: I should also throw in that my WAN IP has stayed the same this whole time
