A recently added application is not showing up under hosted applications.

I made my own user defined application in the firewall section of the router website. I accidentally put that application under hosted applications on the wrong computer. However, I am unable to remove this from hosted applications because it is not showing up under hosted applications. I know it is still there though because when I try to add my user defined application to the correct computer, it says the application is already in use with the other computer. I have also tried accessing the website from other computers and my phone and it doesn't work either.

TL;DR - no applications are showing up in my hosted applications (even though they are active) and I can’t make changes to the Applications, Pinholes, and DMZ

@BushRaptor,

You would be factory resetting the router. To be safe, look in our Port Forwarding support article, click on the drop-down menu, and it will show you a picture of what it should look like. Press and hold the red reset button for 15 seconds and it should run through the factory reset process on its own.

Can't wait to hear back!

Hello @BushRaptor,

We understand you're having a issue with your port-forwarding on your router.

Have you tried to reset the router?

Also check out this page that will help you with port-forwarding of your router to make sure it's setup correct.

Reset the router to factory settings? I have not tried this because this will also erase recordings on my TV. I am certain I have setup port forwarding correctly because I have done this before in the past without the problems I am having now.

Hi There @BushRaptor,

If you tell us what devices you have connected to the router or what hosted applications you are using?

I have no way of knowing what the hosted applications are because they won’t show up under hosted applications.

@BushRaptor,

The best course of action would be to factory reset your gateway as that will wipe all settings, including the hosted application that is hidden. Once all settings are restored to default, try to set up port forwarding to the correct device. TV recordings are stored in the separate TV receiver, so resetting your gateway will have no effect on them.

Please let us know if that helped!

Alright, as long as the recordings won’t be lost  I will try it and let you know.

Quick question first, would I be resetting the small Wireless Access Point or the entire router with a bunch of stuff plugged into it?

Yep. That was it. I reset it to factory settings and now it works. Thanks. And all my recordings are still there! Thanks again.
