Port Fowarding to create a minecraft server.
Hello, I can't figure this out for the life of me. Whenever i follow the steps of this article (https://www.att.com/support/article/u-verse-high-speed-internet/KM1215101) I have issues selecting the device to port forward to. It refuses to allow me to port forward to my computer even though i can clearly see and choose it from the drop down menu (steps 7 and 8 in that article). After i hit add (step 8) it automatically applies this port forward to a different device. PLEASE HELP :(

We're happy to help with port forwarding, @kaneki512.
We have information on how to set up port forwarding. We recommend doing a factory reset and try setting it up again.
If that does not help, let us know:
We will be looking forward to your response.

They have no idea, it's just part of the boilerplate the system fed them to post.
Factory resetting the AT&T gateway is probably the #2 thing we suggest after reboot the gateway because surprisingly enough it often fixes lots of odd problems.
That being said, we've seen this request for Minecraft servers a lot and I don't recall anyone ever getting server to work. 😞
